These animations are designed for humanoid avatars with proportions close to a standard human body.

Depending on the avatar, body proportions, hairstyle, accessories, or outfit, some clipping may occur during certain movements.

Minor adjustments may be required depending on the avatar or costume.

By purchasing or using Sway Motion products, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Personal Use

Individuals may use Sway Motion products for both personal and commercial purposes.

The standard license includes:

• Use in VRChat, Unity, and similar applications
• Videos, livestreams, and social media posts
• Monetized content
• Promotion and advertising of avatars, outfits, and other products
• Use in independently developed games, apps, and similar projects
• Modification of the motion data

Business / Organization Use

A separate Sway Motion Business Commercial License is required when a business or organization uses this product in publicly released commercial content.

Internal use for testing, evaluation, prototyping, and production checks is permitted under the standard license.

This also applies when an individual creator uses the product for client work that will be publicly released by a business or organization.

Business Commercial Licenses are sold separately for each Sway Motion product and apply only to the product specified in the license.

General Restrictions

The following are prohibited:

• Redistribution or resale of the original data
• Redistribution or resale of modified versions of the data
• Distribution in a form that allows third parties to extract or obtain the animation data
• Inclusion in asset packs, templates, downloadable resources, or similar products
• Selling or distributing the data while claiming it as your own work

All copyrights and related rights to the animation data remain with Sway Motion.
