"Order 66"—a name that became a byword for treachery and despair.

The once-guardians of peace were branded traitors overnight.

In the storm of treachery that covered the galaxy, their blades were shattered, and the light of hope seemed to vanish into the void.

A solitary Jedi, carrying deep despair and wounds, fled into the unknown regions.

And they arrived on an unknown world, shrouded in rusted brass and roaring steam.

In that steampunk metropolis, steeped in the scent of oil and iron, gritty and powerful, the Jedi embraced local technology in place of their lost power.

The Kyber crystal's energy, forcefully excited by high-pressure steam, was reborn as a new kind of "power."

This is a "heretical relic" of survival—a fusion of mysticism and machinery.

The blade is re-forged with iron and steam, set aflame once more.

"Steamsaber"—the signal flare of a counterattack for those who rise from the ashes of despair.

An unorthodox relic forged by Aetherius Forge. After a desperate flight, a lone Jedi crash-landed on a planet dominated by a unique steam engine technology.

Repairing and modifying a broken, lightless lightsaber with local techniques, the Kyber crystal's energy is forcefully excited by "high-pressure steam." Thus, the beautiful yet rugged "Steamsaber" was reborn. A fusion of the Force's refined mystery and the raw, oil-and-iron-scented technology. This is no mere weapon; it is proof of the tenacity to survive.

[Features and Gimmicks]

Analog Ignition (Manual Valve Activation)

Single-button activation is a thing of the past. By firmly twisting the brass valve on the hilt with your fingers, the internal steam pressure skyrockets. The meter needle jumps, and the blade of light deploys alongside a heavy mechanical sound. An ignition sequence obsessed with the ultimate "analog feel" unique to steampunk.

4-Stage Output & Manual Transmission Function

Adjust the output (gear) in 4 stages through the Expressions Menu, much like a manual transmission vehicle. You can change the length and thickness of the blade depending on the situation. At maximum output, it becomes a powerful light source illuminating the surroundings, proving extremely effective for exploring dark worlds.

Visualization of Heat and Steam (Particles & VFX)

Immediately upon ignition, steam continuously blows from the exhaust nozzle with a rhythmic sound. The base of the blade leaks orange and red plasma, indicating intense heat, before transitioning into a stable green blade—expressing a realistic additive color mixture. Furthermore, around the blade, excess energy that could not be completely converted into light due to the forced conversion by alien technology violently leaks out as particles. This imperfection, born of a hastily assembled system, creates an effect that conversely radiates raw, devastating power.

Completely New Custom Sound Effects (SE)

Fully equipped with dedicated SEs to enhance immersion: the friction sound of twisting the valve, the mechanical clanking of engaging gears, the rhythmic "chuff-chuff" sound of steam exhausting at regular intervals, and the unique ignition sound fusing plasma and steam.

[Full Cross-Platform Compatibility]

This asset is fully compatible with PCVR, Quest (Android), and iOS environments. Overcoming the strict walls of optimization, it is designed to flawlessly exhibit Aetherius Forge's advanced gimmicks and beauty across all platforms.

[Revolutionary Setup: Complete within the Scene View]

Despite being a complex gimmick asset, there is no longer a need to stare down the Hierarchy window for installation. Thanks to our custom-developed auxiliary script, an intuitive installation has been realized.

1. Import the asset into Unity.
2. Place the Prefab directly under your avatar.
3. Click the "transparent red guide" directly in the Scene view to adjust the position, rotation, and scale.
4. Upload as is!

(*Equipped with a safety mechanism where simply clicking the marker in the Scene view automatically selects the correct parent hierarchy. The red guide mesh and custom script are set to "EditorOnly," meaning they are automatically and completely deleted upon uploading to VRChat. It is a safe and clean design that does not affect your avatar's performance or capacity in any way.)

Artifacts are crystallized forms of Aether, forged by Musashi Aetherius through the logic of Sacred Geometry.
