NOW WITH VRCFury+Modular Avatar INSTALL
CC0-Attributation License (you make use, make profit from, and alter the work, as long as you give credit where it is due)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Prerequisets
VRchat SDK
Poiyomi
VRCFury
Modular Avatar (yes, i used both, they have strengths and weaknesses)
Gesture Manager (for testing)
Steps:
1. Once you have the project ready with the prereqs, drag and drop the unity package into the project
2. Drag and Drop the Prefab in Assets>MagnumBreaker underneath your avatar
3. Disable the modular avatar component on the object labeled 'Storage Point' where you want the Gunblade to be stored when you don't have it in your hand, you can rotate and move as needed. currently it is set to use the Hips, but you can change this in the modular avatar component before you re-enable it
4. Disable the modular avatar component on the objects labeled 'HandLeft' and 'HandRight' at your avatar's hands, usually in the middle of the palm, just bellow it, do not change the rotation too much, unless you want one of the hands to have the blade facing you or be in reverse grip, and then re-enable the modular avatar component once you are happy
5. Use Gesture manager to test the placement, and tweak rotations and positions as necessary
6. (OPTIONAL) Tweak the grip position shift option, this is a slider, that shifts the grip state so you can angle the gunblade more, and the position references are in Magnum Gunbreaker>Hand Point and are labled MainGrip and ForwardGrip, and their spacing and angle will determing the range of control over the grip on the handle
And bam! you are done! Enjoy! and so sorry for the delay on the bugs, more updates soon!
