✅ **Allowed**

- **Commissions:** Commissions are only allowed as long as both parties own the Avatar Base, and both NEED to be verified on my server (paid commissions).

- **Personal Use:** You may use this avatar for your own personal use in VRChat.

- **Public Uploads:** You are allowed to upload the avatar as *Public* in VRChat.

- **Content Creation:** Use in streams, videos, and social media content (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) is permitted.

- **Personal Edits:** You may modify the avatar for personal use (e.g., texture changes, clothing swaps, custom features, etc.).

- **Cloning in VRChat:** Cloning is allowed *only if you manually enable it* yourself.

- **Porting to other platforms** (e.g., ChilloutVR, Neos, etc.) is allowed **for personal use only**.

❌ **Not Allowed**

- **File Sharing:** Do not share the avatar files with anyone who hasn't purchased it themselves – this includes friends, partners, team members, etc.

- **Reuploading / Redistribution:** You may not reupload or redistribute the files (e.g., on ripper sites, Discords, Google Drive, etc.).

- **Commercial Use:** Commercial use is not allowed without my explicit permission (e.g., in games, NFTs, paid commissions, advertisements, etc.).

- **Claiming as Your Own:** You are not allowed to claim this avatar or its parts as your own creation. Always credit the original creator when showcasing the avatar.

- **Use in Harmful Content:** Do not use this avatar in any racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful or hateful content.

- **Reverse Engineering / Asset Extraction:** You may not extract parts of this avatar for use in other avatars, models, or projects.

- **Reselling / Trading:** You may not resell or trade this avatar under any circumstances.
