Some handmade scales for the Moonfang Dragon!
I love this model a lot so this has been a passion project of mine to work on in my free time!
Requirements-
-Moonfang Dragon Avatar
-Substance Painter (Version 9.1.2 or newer)
-Some knowledge of Substance Painter and Unity to use effectively
Suggested Steps-
1- Open the provided spp file
2- Drag your desired base texture to the preferred area in the project (they are labeled don't worry) or texture a new texture from scratch. There is also an optional area for emissions.
NOTE: The inner ear textures will have to be layered over the scales for it's intended effect, otherwise the ears will look black/dark on the inside! It's located in a folder for ease of access but it contains the default Moonfang ear textures.
3- Select what scales you want to use for your texture (the file is setup to allow you to pick and choose what you want, including the canine nose option and paw pads)
4- Export the body textures into your unity project! Be sure to relabel the normal map as a normal map after importing to unity. Texture was not made to include the tail end fluff nor the face fluff so disable the blendshapes in unity or else it will look odd...
5- Scales!!!!
