Personal License

Perfect for personal avatars and private use. You may customize Velyx for your own personal use, including modifying textures, materials, clothing, hairstyles, and other supported features.

You may use Velyx for personal VRChat use, screenshots, videos, streams, and other non-commercial content.

You may not use Velyx for commercial purposes or sell avatars that include Velyx under the Personal License.

Redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading, or transferring the original Velyx files, Unity package, source files, or included assets is strictly prohibited.

You may not extract, reuse, or redistribute individual assets from Velyx as standalone assets or as part of another product.

Commercial License

Includes everything from the Personal License, plus permission to use Velyx in commercial avatar creations.

You may modify Velyx and sell finished avatars that include Velyx, as long as Velyx and her assets are not redistributed, resold, or offered as standalone assets.

The finished avatar may not be sold, advertised, or distributed for less than the minimum commercial resale price of $35 USD, including discounts, bundles, or promotional sales.

Redistribution or sharing of the original Velyx files, Unity package, source files, or included assets is not permitted.

The Commercial License does not transfer ownership or copyright of Velyx or any included assets. All rights not explicitly granted by this license remain with the creator.

• Velyx may not be redistributed, shared, leaked, or re-uploaded.
• The original Unity package may not be given to other users.
• Velyx may not be uploaded as a public avatar.
• Velyx may not be resold as a standalone avatar under the Personal License.
• Individual assets from Velyx may not be extracted and redistributed.
• Do not claim Velyx or her original assets as your own.
• Credit meshes, textures, or other creator-provided attribution may not be removed when required by the applicable asset license.
• Any third-party assets included with Velyx remain subject to their respective creators' licenses and terms of use.
